TROC will oversee the project organization, manage the flow of materials and personnel, maintain proper cost control, and ensure the project is delivered on time in accordance with the plans and specifications set forth by the owner. When appropriate and beneficial, TROC will self perform demolition services, cast-in-place concrete, steel erection, carpentry, general trades, fixtures, drywall finishing, and painting.
